We’re looking for an experienced
Senior Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator
to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role that requires a strong
combination of Salesforce expertise, business analysis skills, and leadership.
About the Role
As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator, you’ll work closely
with executives, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver high-quality
Salesforce solutions that drive business outcomes. You’ll lead client
discussions, mentor team members, manage multiple projects, and ensure
solutions align with both technical best practices and business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Business Analysis and Administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration and administration.
- Proven experience leading client meetings and stakeholder discussions.
- Excellent understanding of business processes, sales operations, and CRM best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.

Demonstrated Salesforce expertise is mandatory.
Location & Eligibility
- Location: Remote (India)
- Work Schedule: Availability during normal U.S. Eastern and Pacific business hours.
